I have just moved to Winchester and wanted to get my car inspected for license/registration/title. I had an excellent dealership back in PA and that excellence is continuing here in Winchester. Jacob was personable and knowledgeable. Inspection was completed in less than 30 minutes. I am very happy with the quality of service at Winchester Mitsubishi.

Walked in for a safety inspection. The woman at the front desk was super welcoming and pleasant. They were able to do the inspection and I had no issues.

Service Dept (which is off property from the dealership) was exceptional on 2 different visits for scheduled maintenance. Worked performed efficiently and the appointment time was scheduled kept with no deviations. Kudos to the entire team. Padded invoice with unapproved items. I was fleeced. Will never go back. Approved $800 in repairs, received bill for $1250.00. Not ok.
