I was having my car serviced .

I was having my car serviced . Jacob was friendly and efficient. He informed me of the progress of my service. The service was completed in a very reasonable time. Overall it was a pleasant experience!

The unproffessionalism of this office made our selling

The unproffessionalism of this office made our selling experience a complete nightmare. They had my car and clear title for nearly 2 weeks before issuing a payment to me and that was only after I called for 2 days in a row to get it. The check is a hot mess. Our names are spelled wrong and it is $12 short. Katie treated me as if it was my fault that the check was not issued promptly. This is Unacceptable!!

I had a very good experience with Tarek.

I had a very good experience with Tarek. He did everything he could to get me the deal I had to have to make it work for me. kept me informed on all my progress. Very kind, courteous, friendly , respectful and took very good care of me. It was all done in good timing. I would sent any family or friends to him.

Labor Day weekend from a xxxx

Where is the professionalism in this place?! I drove 3 1/2 hours after being told I was pre-approved for a car loan on Labor Day weekend (Sunday)to be told the Manager wasn’t in to approve the loan. Bad business, oh I was offered a $15 gas card for my troubles… never got it! Wow… Terrible, just Terrible thanks Patrick

Not pleased with them at all!

Not pleased with them at all! I will not be taking my vehicle back nor purchase or recommend the dealership! One, we were promised items (weather tech floor mats) for our vehicle because of the inconvenience the process was, we have not received them to date. The entire process of trade in, purchase, and afterwards has been a huge pain in the xxx.

Jacob was courteous and friendly. He kept me informed of the progress of the service on my vehicle. This temporary service location was excellent overall. I had a very positive experience.

The Service manager was in contact with us daily but we

The Service manager was in contact with us daily but we still had to leave our car for several days for an effort that was told to us, would require one full day. Jacob was friendly but appeared to struggle with different stories coming from the wrenching department. If the pace of the work would slow down a bit, clearer communications could result. Dealerships do not make any money from RECALL work and I can see how it's not the highest priority. We also asked at the beginning of the work that a safety inspection be completed on the car when done, and it was not. The business pace of the Service Department is very fast. Small issues seam to be dropped or forgotten.
