WORST DEALERSHIP in WINCHESTER
I had an absolutely terrible experience at Winchester Mitsubishi, and I would strongly advise against anyone considering doing business with them. My visit to the dealership was marred by the disrespectful and rude behavior of the General Manager, Raf. First and foremost, when I arrived at the dealership, I was shocked to discover that the price of the vehicle I had been interested in was $2,000 higher than what was advertised online. This blatant bait-and-switch tactic is not only dishonest but also a complete waste of my time and energy. I was under the impression that I would be paying the price listed on their website, only to be met with an arbitrary price increase upon arrival. This is a deceptive and unethical business practice that should not be tolerated. To make matters worse, when I attempted to discuss this issue with Raf, the General Manager, he displayed a shocking level of disrespect and rudeness. Instead of addressing my concerns and trying to find a reasonable solution, he belittled me and acted as though my concerns were insignificant. His dismissive attitude left a lasting negative impression and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with my experience at Winchester Mitsubishi. The combination of the dishonest pricing tactics and the appalling behavior of the General Manager, Raf, has left me feeling completely disillusioned and frustrated. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, and I urge potential customers to be cautious and consider alternatives with more transparent and respectful business practices. Winchester Mitsubishi's actions have cost them my business and my trust, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
