Jacob and John, our mechanic were so accommodating.
Jacob and John, our mechanic were so accommodating. I was on my way from Maryland to Alabama when my car suddenly wasn’t running correctly. Unfortunately, the problem had not occurred long enough for a diagnosis. Their check on my engine gave me the confidence to continue on to the next 8 hrs of the journey and keep going even though it quickly became clear that the problem wasn’t fixed. The actual problem was under warranty and has been fixed in Alabama.

Service today was excellent accomplishing a routine oil &
Service today was excellent accomplishing a routine oil & filter change and recall ECU procedure. Requested State Inspection was ineligible since vehicle is not registered in VA. Complimentary Shuttle was available to the nearest McDonalds and chose to walk the 0.2 mile distance back to the service center (to partially fulfill my daily morning walking routine). ‘Twas a perfect timely manner when the car was ready upon arrival considering it an “In and Out” transaction.
