Jacob was great, I waited at the dealership while my car was being serviced he kept me informed on the car & time frame. I needed to make another appointment to have seatbelts replaced & he gave me many options to suit my schedule.

If you want professionalism, transparency, and honesty, go elsewhere, anywhere. I hate the car I purchased and regret having it to the high heavens. In addition to some unnamed sales Manager, avoid Tarek Madi. He promises everything while failing to deliver what you want, a vehicle you can be satisfied with. If I could rate them a zero, I would. I will never set foot in that dealer again for any reason and recommend that you avoid them too, unless you like being ripped off.

There is no response. I don't want the car. That is obviously too difficult for this dealership to understand.

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism from Patrick Brinkmeier at Winchester Mitsubishi. He helped me get the exact SUV I was looking for and managed to get me almost 2,000 dollars more for my trade in then I was offered at 4 other dealers including CarMax.. Even better, My payment was almost 70 dollars per month lower then what I was quoted at by the next lowest dealer and almost 130 less then the 1st dealer I went to. Thank You so much Patrick!
