I highly recommend Winchester Mitsubishi. After searching for the perfect vehicle to fit my budget, I was able to get a new vehicle with a great warranty and all oil changes Free for life. The finance team was able to get me a lower rate than my local credit union. I'm very impressed with the staff at winchester mitsubishi.

My salesman knew very little about the car he sold me.
My salesman knew very little about the car he sold me. I was disappointed that none of the features were working come to find out they were all turned off. Car was not detailed properly. I had to go back to see about an inspection and also too have the front tag plate put on. I also inquired about the refund of the gap insurance. Paperwork was not processed the first time I went back for an alarm going off. I was told that they would cancel it all together coke to find out the guy never processed it the new guy was very rude and said it wasn’t his problem and said he would only prorate it from today forward he finally went and got my file and saw that I was correct I had signed the paperwork but he still didn’t want to backdate it he went to speak to a manager and he agreed I was due the full amount back the guy came back and 1/2 heartily apologized. I felt he did that just because he was told he was wrong. This was my first and last car I will ever buy from them. Now the service ladies are very nice and helpful I was very pleased with how they handled things.

Regarding the detail and inspection, those services are always available upon request and we're glad you came back so we could make sure everything was completed properly. As for the GAP cancellation, the documentation you signed is what determines the refund amount and eligibility. Our process requires the file to be reviewed before any adjustments can be made, and once management verified the correct information, the refund was approved in full. The situation was resolved based on the contract terms, not personal opinion. We appreciate you recognizing the service department they work hard to assist every customer professionally. Ramona and Patrick were both amazing to work with. Ramona kept up with everything whilst Patrick did all the financing. Both made great efforts in communicating, but ultimately made this a really enjoyable buying experience.
