I had a very disappointing experience with this
I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. From the start, I felt the communication was overly aggressive up to responding initially. I received multiple calls and texts in one day, which felt excessive and made me feel like I was about to be bullied into something. I stated clearly that I would not be coming in due to these abundant communications, and their response was unnecessarily defensive and condescending. What concerned me most was being told they had gotten an “exception” from a bank to approve me, even though I never submitted any personal or financial information to them up to this point. I have no idea how they claim to have an approval without my application. Then to say they would call the bank to cancel it as if I had no other options, came off as a manipulative tactic. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I would not recommend this dealership based on how they handled our interaction.

Hands-down the worst car-buying trip of my life.
Hands-down the worst car-buying trip of my life. I drove from Alexandria to Winchester for a “fully inspected” used car. First lie: their 170-point checklist. Next, they demanded my SSN to check leasing, then claimed I needed a cosigner, yet I could buy without one. Red flag #1. They pulled my credit 18 times, then rolled out the car: dash lights blazing like Times Square. Asked why they sell obvious lemons, the sales director blamed “that new AI” for auto-listing trade-ins. Red flag #2. I asked how long repairs would take; he shrugged, “We don’t do mechanical stuff,” and casually admitted they lease used cars after all. Red flag #3; I was done. Leaving, they pushed an even older clunker, ran my credit again without consent, and admitted it was also unserviced. It was now 8 p.m. - an hour past closing - and I hadn’t driven a single inch. This circus torpedoed my view of Mitsubishi’s brand. From a franchised dealership I expected accountability, not junk-lot antics and reckless credit pulls. Buyer beware.

We also only authorize a single credit pull, which is then submitted to multiple lenders to find the best financing options for our customers. We do offer wholesale vehicles at our secondary location—these are typically higher-mileage trade-ins sold as-is for cash buyers and are not part of our certified retail inventory.
