We Absolutely love our New Vehicle! We don't have great credit. We have been shopping around for a while holding on to our vehicle that is on it last leg. We have went everywhere in Northern Virginia to get approved. Every where we went wanted a huge down payment. We went to Winchester Mitsubishi and did not have to put anything down. I highly recommend Winchester Mitsubishi

I honestly was shocked I was able to get into a new vehicle! I have horrible credit. I've been everywhere! I went to Winchester Mitsubishi and within 30 minutes I was told to test drive what I wanted. They told me the vehicles that would fall into certain criteria as far as monthly payment. I didn't have to put anything down! Thank you so much Winchester Mitsubishi

Scheduled appointment on Tuesday for Friday and they
Scheduled appointment on Tuesday for Friday and they called me on Friday 15 min before the appointment stating they can not do it. I was very disappointed and stated they needed to get it done. The once the finished the install the we’re missing a part and was told it’s now going to cost more. It took forever to get this part and now I have to wait and pay more for the missing part. No apology’s or anything. And their fee they tack on are high and have never been charged hazardous disposal fee for an install this is normally charged when changing oil or batteries. Very disappointed in the experience I had.
