The nicest people
The staff is so nice at Winchester Mitsubishi. We have searched every where for a vehicle. We drove from Manassas to Winchester because they assured us we would get approved. We got a great deal on a really nice vehicle with a lifetime warranty. Thank you Winchester Mitsubishi

If I could give negative stars I would.
If I could give negative stars I would. One of the longest experiences I've dealt with. Was lied to multiple times about eta of parts. Could not get the same person on the phone more than 1 or 2x. When I requested a copy of my invoice, I was told "sorry can't help you I'm clocked out" over the phone. This ordeal started in Sept 2022 was not resolved until Jan 27th, 2023. I understand parts being on back order, I do not understand getting any updates periodically. considering our vehicle was there for so long. Seems like management is stretched thin. Would not honor price originally quoted from a service advisor. Not my fault that advisor no longer works for your dealership. When I did speak with a manager, and I was calmly trying to impart my concerns and was spoken over, the manager even acknowledged that he cut me off, seemed like he did not want to hear out my concerns. I wished him luck.

This dealership has the nicest vehicles around. If you are looking for a nice vehicle with a warranty and need help with financing a vehicle, this is definitely the place to go. The staff is nice and the dealership is very clean.
