I am disgusted at how I was treated last week when I bought two new cars from them. It was during their “Spring Savings Event”, but I didn’t receive any savings off the sticker for either car. I didn’t receive the loyalty discount. I didn’t even receive a discount on the document fees. I guess it is routine for someone to come and buy two new cars, so no big deal, right? But the most disgusting thing is that they financed $1000 more than the sticker on both cars. Who in their right mind would by a car over the sticker??? I should have paid closer attention and walked away. I have sent a couple emails to Tarek, but neither he nor anyone else responded. They should recompence me. But I can’t get any response. They got me this time, good for them, but it won't happen again.

It is even worse now. Supposed to get free oil changes. Was told when we purchsed the cars to just pull up for service. Pulled up a couple times and was told the service couldn't be performed. The service staff acted as though it wasn't the policy. The last time a couple weeks ago, they said to make an appointment. The appoinment they offered was two weeks later. Easier to go down to the quick change place. So first you ripped me off and now don't honor your perks. This has been the worst overall service ever. Its funny you say you regret to hear and want to know what what I want to make it up, I said in the original review, give me back the $2000 you over financed and now honor your oil change deal. I only came there for the perks. Never again. Not to mention it took you over 5 months to respond. What a joke.
When we brought the car in recently for an oil change, (which we still haven't recieved) service told us that there was no such thing as a free oil change deal. We told them that was what we were told by sales. They called the sales manager, and he told us that his people would have never told us that and it wasn’t his problem. A real professional that guy is. Yet your website to this day says, “Lifetime Oil and Filter Changes”. Then they said our email wasn’t in the system, yet I receive emails every month for the diamond club. Also, from day one neither apple car play works correctly in either car. My son brought his car in for the issue, and service said that an update was coming that would fix it. My son brought in again and was told by someone else in service there was no update. The last time my son brought his car in, he told service the back up camera comes on while he is going down the highway. They said it wasn’t their issue. What is going on with your service department??? They don’t know about your oil change deal, and they don’t fix warrantied items. Seems your dealership is ripe with dishonesty.

You are the absolute worst dealership. We are experiencing the exact thing again that were before. You are not honoring your lifetime free oil change and lifetime free inspection again. Every time we come in, you give us the same garbage saying you don't have that deal and it ended in Feb 2022. Funny how I have a copy of your web page from Oct 2022 that shows the lifetime free oil changes and inspection. If you are telling others the same thing you are telling us, then you are setting yourself up for a class action lawsuit. STOP TELLING US THIS AND HONOR YOUR DEAL. Why do we have to argue with you each time we come in? When we argue, you honor it, so stop denying it. Put a note in your computer that says to give us the deal, so we don't have to argue and end up creating a scene each time we come in. We have two of your junk cars, so we have to do it twice every time. STOP IT ALREADY! And just as I expected you haven't responded to my last comment from October 2022. You are terrible.

Poor management, they don't keep their word . I was offered 2.9% a day before and end up with 3.69% . I had to negiciate, I was so upset. They lie always.

I would give zero stars if I could. The salesman was terrible, smoking infront of us, then picking his teeth with a flosser while we worked with him. Completely unprofessional would not recommend David at all!
