One of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever...

One of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. Amber was professional and easy to work with. The rest of the staff equally pleasant and helpful. And to think, I didn’t actually come to the dealership to purchase but to drop off my daughters vehicle for service. The service department took great care of us as well. I finally found a dealership that cares.

Patrick, and amber are both fantastic and very helpful! Only issue is the diamond club not in system and being charged for services that my contract said was included at no price to me however I spoke with amber and she assured me the next time I come in they will give me a credit to my account. Amber may have informed me that I needed to make service department of diamond club but it was many months ago on a very hectic day so I don't remember. I didn't even think about it one because I had oil & filter changed months ago with my own supplies and I wasn't charged. This issue I consider resolved since I'm getting credited however I feel it should either be in system or service department should ask if customers are a member. My only other issue is low quality oil. My vehicle recommends full synthetic oil and a blend was used instead. I don't see this being an issue however because of this I'll need to change my oil at 3,000mi instead of the 5,000mi I usually go by. I know recommended is 7,500mi and I personally always use extended life oil and filters. It may be over kill but my last 3 vehicles all had over 300k miles and believe it or not they still ran when I parted with them. One having 366k miles on it which the person I gave it to drove it away and I'd still be driving it had a tree not falling on it. Oh and they're American made vehicles lol. Anyway a special thansk again Amber, & Patric. I've recommended people to check the Mitsubishi dealership because of you two and also the awesome warranty. Thanks again...

The staff at Winchester Mitsubishi were great. Amber was our sales person and she made it the process so easy. And talk about smooth. That was the fastest turn around on a car purchase I have ever had. The service staff were extremely professional and attentive to my daughter’s Outlander Sport which was my original reason to go there. I highly recommend this dealership.
