Bravo to Tom Sgori who ranks as one of the most capable and persevering sales professionals I've met in over 30 years of auto buying. I'm one who understands the process which extends the effort required for the sales person to seal the deal. Always positive and responsive to my many e-mail correspondences. He drove nearly 90 miles to my home to assist me in getting my trade down a difficult driveway. Thanks to Jill for her assigning me to Tom. In my experience, distance to the dealer is never a primary requirement. Far more critical is choosing a dealer that has capability far exceeding order taking. West Herr is such a dealer and Tom is such a sales professional. Another aspect critical to a buy success is having an inventory large enough to find the desired vehicle; another check.
