Since I live some distance from the dealership, I always have to wait while service is performed. This particular visit was for a recall on the power steering system in addition to regular full service for my Explorer. Letter stated this might take half a day. Ms. Linda was able to get all this accomplished in about 2 1/2 hours, for which I am extremely grateful. Mr. E.G. made my wait much more pleasant... what a delightful gentleman!

Great sales exoerience
Jackie was my salesperson and, as always, she did a great job. This is the second vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Jackie and she's fantastic. She got us the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted, and she made the process smooth and easy. And Sue in Finance was great as well, as she explained everything clearly and was very nice and helpful.

Quick service. Clean facilities.
Called regarding an oil change for Ford Cmax hybrid. Told no appointment necessary, just come in. Arrived about 5:00 p.pm. on a Tuesday and it was done about 5:30. Service rep was pleasant and helpful as it was my first visit to this dealership.

You charge too much for air filters and cabin filter changes. If you lowered those prices you would get a lot more folks to buy them from you.
