F150 180,000 mile servicing
Had a Tuesday morning service appointment (2004 F-150) for 7:00am and the truck was not even looked at until after lunch. Was very disappointed that everytime something was fixed something else was found and parts had to be ordered. Overall didn't get truck back until late Thursday evening -- mainly due to not having parts in stock. Overall work was excellent, but the long delay due to ordering parts and finding something else wrong after fixing another issue contributed to my frustration.

The most recent visit was for service - we really appreciate the flexibility in getting our car serviced and inspected while we were out of town and leaving it in a place we could pick it while the service department was closed. It was very helpful and important for us to have the car on Monday for our daughter to drive on the first day of school. Thank you!
