It would have been a 5 but for one reason, that is there
It would have been a 5 but for one reason, that is there was no training on the new Tundra Hybrid. Everything was changed from past Tundra’s. Don’t get me wrong, the charges are good and my salesman that I’ve bought 6 Tundra’s from before is a great guy, but when he couldn’t figure out some of the new things on the truck there’s a problem. Being a 77 years old doesn’t help either. There needs to be people dedicated to educating people buying a new car. Still trying to figure out how to get the garage door opener to work. The app’s does not replace hands on teaching. Have a Blessed Day

Great experience

Was here for 5 hours, the service rep stated they called
Was here for 5 hours, the service rep stated they called me several times. Turns out my contact information and email were all incorrect. I had requested an update during my last visit but did not change. Not once did they come out to check the lobby even after telling them I would wait.

I had to take my car for a recall and chose AutoNation
I had to take my car for a recall and chose AutoNation Toyota to do so. I am so glad I did - I was very happy with my new forever service guy, Carl, and I was happy with the work, with the time it took. I hope I don't have to get my car repaired often, but when I do, I will go to AutoNation. I am so glad to get a good service advisor like Carl and will continue to make sure he is my go-to every time. It's a big relief to have someone to help me who is experienced, nice, professional.
