I do not like filling out surveys for every interaction I

I do not like filling out surveys for every interaction I have with a retailer or service provider, but I must make an exception for the services provided by AutoNation Toyota and specifically service writer Art Gomez. I sent an email to Art about symptoms of my Prius, and he diagnosed the problem, estimated the time for repair and oversaw the entire process. He is really good at what he does. He keeps my car in tip top shape. I'm not anticipating any problems in the future, but I have a friend at AutoNation that makes dealing with the problem less of a hassle. Thanks, Art.

7 hours!

7 hours!!! It took 7 hours for an oil change and inspection! I even had an 7am appointment . I'm not really sure what the point of making an appointment if it takes 7 hours for an oil change and inspection. I have been a loyal customer for about 14 years, but their service is going in the wrong direction.
