The only reason I am not giving this Dealership which I have the utmost respect for is because I had a 7:30am appointment and was in there waiting room for a full 4 hours. It kind if made me feel like (Why make an appointment)... To there defense on that particular morning they had major computer problems and they were super courteous while keeping me informed of the progress on my vehicle as well as not charging me for any labor I still have a hard time with a full 4 hour wait. This is a premier dealership in my opinion and I will always continue to go to them for all of my Service Department needs their Service Writer was the example of what Customer Service is all about. I commend them for going the extra mile although I asked for nothing and didn't complain. I would honestly recommend them to family and friends and those who seek Quality Service, Knowledgeable Employee's and Courtesy! Thanks AutoNation Austin Texas!!!
