Had service visit on my landcruiser.
Had service visit on my landcruiser. There was a mark on the bumper. I pointed it out during a pause from the courtesy 25k to the non ESP covered brake work performed. When I picked it up, mark was gone… but when I got it home I noticed paint chips… texted advisor to find out from surveillance what happened… got no response…

For first time visitors, it's hard to tell what to do for
For first time visitors, it's hard to tell what to do for service. I parked and went inside and was instructed to go outside and pull into service canopy. After being guided in I was asked if I had an appointment and then waited about 20 minutes before I was approached again. I was not told another person would be with me. After I was called that my vehicle was done. I went inside again and told to find the service person for my vehicle, which was not told to me initially. I had to flag down a worker give him my information and was then told whom to see. Going inside service counter, check out was quick and convenient. I'm sure next time will be easier now that I know.
