Super organization
I have to say that Jesse Franco, Bravo's collision center manager, is one of the finest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with in getting our Cadillac repaired. His professionalism, courteous, thorough, and caring demeanor toward his customers is worthy of emulation by all who work for the Bravo Automobile organization. He made a trying time much more acceptable. My wife and I can't thank him enough.

Great Auto Service
I called that I had a leak near tire passenger side. I took in the 2015 SRX and Juan Macias, Service Department processed the auto for repairs and I had a vehicle ready. The repairs were done the same day. I am very pleased with the Service at Bravo Cadillac.

Magnificent Service
Sally Knight in SERVICE is always" very cordial and professional. She knows her stuff and always provides me excellent service which is always complete. El Paso Cadillac
Juan was very attentive, and he had my car serviced, etc. So my car was serviced, and I was pleased. Relative to other Cadillac dealerships, the waiting area and interior of Bravo was not up to par.
