Facility was very clean, no wait to receive servic

Service rep took care of my maintenance concerns. She made sure that all question were answered. My vehicle was repaired and returned in a timely manner

Bad Paint Job

I have yet to experience any negative actions from Bravo personnel. People are courteous and professional. The only negative experience I had was my previous Cadillac CTS. It needed the hood repaired and painted. The paint faded within a year of it being repainted. It looked gaudy with the rest of the car shiny red and the hood faded red. Traded it in for a new CTS.

Good Service

It's was a good day I was just a little disappointed on the selection of cars and I had my hopes up on one then was told its was pending a buyer, very disappointed but other than that my to sales men were excellent

Warranty covered repairs on 2013 CTS Coupe

The Service Consultant called me to schedule appointment for repairs on the CTS Coupe. The service was excellent, a vehicle was provided under the Warranty program and all work was complete on the same day.
