crew very knowledgable & ready to assist!

I made an appointment and Juan Macias, as usual took very good care of us. Unfortunately, because we knew it would take a little longer then usual, we rented a car as we had many errands to run on this day. We asked Juan if it would be possible to have the major problem done by Noon as we rented a car and we didn't want to pay for the whole weekend. Juan was very accommodating and took care of our major concern on our vehicle. We agreed that for the minor maintenance we would return, knowing that he will again take good care of us. (very soon!) We are very happy, with Bravo and Juan.

Purchase of vehicle

My salesman was Jaime Lopez, he did an outstanding job to ensure I was getting the vehicle I wanted. The vehicle I wanted was at Bravo Cadillac, Jaime worked hard in the search for my vehicle. He ensure the vehicle was ready for delivery when it was promised. He went over the vehicle with me and called me to ensure everything was good with the vehicle and to see if there was anything else that I needed. I would recommend Bravo Cadillac and Jaime to anyone I know that was interested in purchasing a new car

The Service center was very fast to get my car back to me as soon as possible and took me in right there and then Sally was amazing!!

Oil Change in my Prized 2001 Corvette

The only thing I was not happy about my oil change at Bravo Cadillac on my 2001 Corvette is that they reset my settings (and probably so I could see on my speedometer that the oil was reset) but what happened is some how it messed up my Viper Alarm setting and I had to go back to the local dealer to get the whole system reset and programed again. That was a 2 hour experience I did not need, fortunately it was nothing critical.
