60k maintenance visit was done professionally and courteously and promptly! Still waiting for kick plate to be installed because of back-ordered parts (last two 5k visits)!

I cannot rave enough about this dealership!
Let me start off by saying, this was by far the BEST experience I have ever had buying a car. After spending 4 hours at another dealership who only wanted to rip me off, walking into this dealership was a breath of fresh air. It was clean and professional in appearance. My young son was with me and he was offered a drink and shown the play area. Shane, Chris and Tony took care of me quickly and treated me with respect and courtesy. The deal was done quickly and efficiently. As it should have been. And even tho I came in late, they all stayed to finish the deal. I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience and that they wanted to go home. I was in and out in under 3 hours...with having a trade, a test drive of my new vehicle and delivery. FANTASTIC! The professionalism of these three gentlemen has changed my view of car salesmen(women) from this point on. I will be recommending Sill-Terhar to everyone who asks...and even those who don't! This is the only dealership I will be taking my business to in the future!

Great non-pressure experience
Angela was amazing and your whole staff was great. We were able to walk the whole lot looking at trucks and no one bugged us. At some dealerships, you're constantly hounded and followed. Your lot had none of that pressure. Once we entered the showroom, only one person checked with us to see if we needed help, then no else bothered us. It was such a non-pressure, enjoyable experience. thank you so much for that!! Angela handled all the bed liner, windows tint, and clear bra installs at the other companies for us. We just had to come back and pickup the truck. Everything was done for us.

Great communication, oil streak on exterior
Chris kept me informed about the status of my repair. The only thing is that the Toyota dealer always cleans the car before giving it back. Our car had a huge oily streak on the outside so was dirtier than before. I ended up cleaning it myself.

Servicing Department
Extremely friendly.! They were really helpful with the recall & when I wanted to add on servicing it. Then as soon as they experienced a delay they called me & the rental company. The only thing is that when we updated the software in the car, it said we were low on brake fluid. So I will need to look into that.
