Took my 2012 Ford Fusion in for the airbag recall after receiving a notice in the mail. The airbag was replaced within a day with no charge.

overall a 5 star rating . I love having a new car but I truly do not like the time wasted at the dealerships However Epic ford is different and they treat... you like you matter . We have always gotten a fair deal at Epic Ford . They will be my go to dealership . The only reason I said a 4 on faculties , is they use to have a person who would make espresso drinks , which were free . That was so great . Now they just have a machine ..

Service was amazing! My advisor Hope made sure I was taken care of completely and explained the process very well. My truck was done when I was told and... ready to go before I walked through the door. Oil change prices have dropped a bit so that was a nice surprise as well! I look forward to my next service!
When I walked in there were three employees standing at the counter none of them could help. If employees can’t help customers they shouldn’t be where... customers feel they are being ignored. I was sent a text message with a number I could use to get updates. The number did not work same with numbers listed on website. When I picked up my trick I tried to tell the service guy they don’t work..he said they just sent those automatically....if they don’t work...DONT SEND THEM.
