I was met at the door by the salesman, who goes by “Turbo”. He promptly located the car I wanted to see, and while I test drove it, he evaluated my car. We were able to reach a deal at my target figure fairly easily. I should mention that the sales and finance managers were just as easy to deal with. The whole thing was handled very quickly. Probably my most pleasant car buying experience in 40 years!

Had to take RAV4 in for a new window seal, was damaged when I purchased it. Covered under warranty and I had a 1:45 appointment. Arrived and check in was fast. Left at 1:58 job complete.
