Excellent customer service

Top service from salesman. I felt he was honest and had my best interest at heart. I didn't trust salesmen until this experience. I will definitely look into my options there when my lease is up.

Great service

I have had my Coughlin Toyota for 5 years. The service department is top notch. The repairs have always been done quickly and correctly. They never try to sell me things I don't need and if I ask about doing a certain service they will say "let us look at it and we will let you know". They usually say you don't need to do that yet. I appreciate their honesty and consideration for my time. I hope my truck lasts a long time but I look forward to purchasing my next truck at Coughlin Toyota.

Excellent service

The work--replacing the hybrid battery on an 2006 Prius, was completed more quickly than originally estimated (and for a but less money than estimated, too). As always, everyone--especially Zach--was very helpful.

Awesome Experience!!

We were actually ready to purchase a couple of times at other dealers and simply couldn't get comfortable with the dealership. We were referred to Ben Parks at Coughlin and within 24 hours of making contact, we had the vehicle we wanted, at a fair price. The Coughlin Toyota dealership is first-rate. A very nice establishment, with great presentation and associates. Everyone we met with was nice and accommodating. I highly recommend Ben Parks and Coughlin Toyota. Very pleased with our purchase and experience.

Great Service!

Fast friendly service. My truck was ready before I browsed thru 1 hunting magazine in the lobby. The tech spoke to me about my Tundra shook my hand and I was on my way. Even tho he had never met me, he called me by name as I pulled into the service garage as sheduled. Service doesnt get much better than this!

Great customer service!

Always timely. Always friendly. Added a coupon this time without me asking. I always leave feeling like I'm just one of the guys. I had asked about adding a cold air intake to my truck as I was leaving. My question was not only answered but some helpful advice about what kind to purchase helped me in my search for this "Christmas present" to myself. Thank you, Todd Echard

Enjoyable experience buying a truck.

I was in the market for a new truck. The salesman and staff at Coughlin Toyota were very professional and knowledgeable. The salesman was able to answer all of my questions and work with me to be in my price range. The facility is very clean and convenient to browse around. Ask for Ben Parks to assist you in making your next vehicle purchase. I will do buisiness with them in the future.

Great experience

Jarrod and Ben did a great job. Ben helped my wife understand entunes and all went fine. Scott was very helpful and Gary was great as usual.

I chatted online to ask if a vehicle was available, telling the person I was chatting with (Ariel) that I was driving 3 hours to get there and wanted to make sure the vehicle was still available. Ariel told me she spoke with the sales manager, and that the car was still available. When I arrived 3 1/2 hours later, Ben Parks informed me that the part's manager was buying the vehicle.

Ben Parks made it easy to justify a 3 1/2 hr drive!

We bought a new Tacoma and drove 3 1/2 hrs one way to pick it up. Worth the trip! Ben and the Coughlin team were first rate and made the experience quick and easy.
