Excellent experience
I was debating between a new Ford Explorer and a Toyota Highlander. Really glad I went with the Highlander! I really love this vehicle. Shawn was awesome. Financing was great. The whole experience was really great. Thanks Gary!

Charged for nothing
I purchased a factory remote start for my wife's 2017 RAV4 LE. I took the car to Coughlin Toyota to have it installed because their quote was the cheapest I had received. Upon arrival I had learned that they had lost my appointment so they were going to work on it in between other service appointments. I was informed that I would be charged an hour's worth of service if my part did not fit. My wife and I left and received a call 2 hours later that the remote start would not fit. I returned and payed $124 for a garage bay fee. I then found out that all they did was pull up the part number and read that it would not fit a car without a smart key, which my wife's car does not have. A whole 10 second process that they could've done before I had left the dealership. I understand that they were upfront about this charge however no one had touched my car other than to pull it out of the garage bay and my car had not held up any other service appointments. This charge would make sense if they had attempted to install the part and then realized that it did not fit, but not for 10 seconds worth of research. They could've saved me 2 hours and $124. Very cynical business practice if you ask me. I had no issue with the employees, just the policy.

From the very first minute on the lot until we drove our new Sienna home, we can honestly say that our experience was fantastic! Good luck getting Service to return your calls
They were very nice when they sold me my car two months ago. But I called twice to do a minor service and I left 2 messages because the service stuff were not picking up the phone. They never returned my call.
