I just want to say after 3 frustrating days working with

I just want to say after 3 frustrating days working with 2 other employees we contacted sales manager Brian Kelly, and he got us in contact with Angel Vega. of It was a pleasure to work with Brian and Angel. It took Angel 3 hours to get my deal done. He was friendly and knew his stuff. I did the paper work on line and it was fast and easy with the finance department. My son and I drove done to the dealership this morning and we brought the truck home. Thank you Angel, if I ever decide to trade my truck I will definitely come see you. Mark Kia is a beautiful facility very comfortable for buyers to relax and wait for their new vehicles, clean and friendly place.

I submitted an inquiry through Cars.

I submitted an inquiry through Cars.com about a vehicle and clearly stated that I was interested in purchasing in a specific month, not immediately. Instead of anyone taking a moment to read my message, I was flooded with texts, emails, and phone calls from multiple salespeople, all pushing for immediate contact and ignoring what I wrote. The final salesperson I spoke with went so far as to lecture me that because I expressed interest in a used vehicle (a RAM Limited), I should’ve known better than to ask about a future purchase date. I blocked them and will never consider buying from this dealership. They lived up to the worst stereotypes of used car sales: pushy, dismissive, and not listening to the customer at all. And all of that was before I even stepped foot in the dealership.

*False advertisement* After speaking with a sales

*False advertisement* After speaking with a sales associate and receiving 2 different quotes in the price negotiation process, I received a call from a sales manager that told me the price that was posted on cars.com was false. The price was ~4k higher than the advertised/posted price after he added a "custom seat" fee ,keeping in mind the seats were already in the car and were one of the reasons why I inquired about it. If their price negotiation strategy is to add more fees when you ask for a fair price, then it is dishonest business.

Terrible experience!

Terrible experience! Do not buy a high end car from this dealership, my wife flew in from Colorado for what we thought was a beautiful car and she was treated like crap, please reference my google review. Frank Cruckson and Johnny Gutierrez were each part and wholly responsible for this let down! When I reached out about this epic fail I received no correspondence.
