I'm only giving it a good marking because after the 5k inspection of my Toyota Corolla, they never check the tire pressure of the tires even though light at the dashboard was marking an issue with the tires. I did tell them to check the tires when I drop the car. They properly inflated my tires after I pointed out the problem.

Always had a great experience, overall I’m a happy customer. Jordan in service needs training. I had a nail in my tire, they didn’t call prior to replacement to give me an option, they took it upon themselves to replace it. I explained to Jordan, who authorized the replacement, I didn’t! Jordan said, “they could put my tire w/nail back on.” I couldn’t believe she said this This is absurd, you do not tell a customer who purchased $30,000 auto. I expressed my concern to Chris Torres Service Dept. and offered to pay half of the cost of replacement $225, he apologized and honored replacement as good will of service. Jordan is customer service oriented, she can be an asset to your team, she simply needs training.

Very happy with the service, efficiency, waiting rooms and wifi. The only problem is that when I got home a hubcap was missing. I left a message with the service advisor with no return call. I reached him personally the second time and he said he would look into it. I have now called 2 more times and had to leave a message but no return call. I would like my hubcap back please.
