I scheduled the maintenance and arrived on time; car was taken directly in. I got an Uber ride home in less than 10 minutes. The work done was almost exactly what I had budgeted for, though it did take a little longer than expected (6.5 hours for oil change, brakes, brake fluid flush and front end alignment/strut & wiper blade replacement). I felt that the dealership exercised adequate cautions for customer safety and my time spent waiting was minimal. All in all, very satisfied with my experience.

I had not been American Toyota since they expanded and improved their facilities. I was impressed! I waited a couple hours while my Camry was serviced and felt totally comfortable with the distancing and cleanliness. Richard Geyer was my service rep again and he did a great job. I am totally satisfied with this visit.
