Great Service, Personable Staff

great experience
really appriciate great salesmanship coming from a fellow salesman. Jay and heritage have been on point through out the buying process. Jay is extremely dedicated and is taking hours out of his day to follow up on a co-signature to finalize the deal. Nicest, easiest process!
Chris Burnette greeted me at the door with a big smile and a friendly demeanor. He treated me with absolute respect even as a lone female purchasing a Jeep. He showed me exactly the vehicle I saw online, and answered any questions I had. He even stayed after hours to help with all the processing. He even listened to country music on my test drive for me! In short, Chris is awesome!

Fantastic car buying experience thanks to Jay
I went into the dealership unsure if I was going to be able to afford the car I wanted. Jay was amazing at helping find the right price for the car I wanted. There was no pressure to buy. Jay wanted to make sure that whatever car I purchased that I was going to be happy with it. I was a little wishywashy ok which vehicle I finally wanted, but Jays willingness to discuss the benefits of each car helped me decide which be hole was for me. I love my experience and would highly recommend that if you are in search of a vehicle that you stop by and visit Jay! Thanks Jay.. I love my new Jeep Patriot!!

I had a fantastic experience working with Jay. This was a no pressure purchase experience and his only concern was that I was happy with the decisions I was making. I was unsure about the exact model of car that I wanted and Jay took the time to take me through the different models and the benefits of each. Overall, this has been the best car buying experience I have had out of my three vehicle purchases in my buying history. Truck buying experience
The process was good except for the late hours required as a result of the hours that my wife and I works. Jay was a personable and knowledgeable sales person with a good sense of humor - which is necessary when working with me.
