Jay Murmuridis was a pleasure to work with at Heritage Dodge in Ownings Mills. I knew what vehicle I was looking for and what price range I wanted to be in. Jay was patient with me and very personable. He was knowledgable about the 1500 series trucks and options and models. He was able to get me in the price range I wished to be in and got me into the vehicle I wanted. It was great working with him from beginning to end and would recommend buyers looking for a Dodge to come and speak with him.

Used town and country
The team did a good job to attract me from PA. I received good value and a low mileage vehicle. Jay is very good with people, good at sales and knows how to reach the hearts and minds of people. The Finance Mgr over sold extra Warranty items. Overall a good experience.

New Jeep Grand Cherokee
Was thinking about trading in my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for a new one. Called up Joe Perry to let him know what I was interested in, and was as able to take care of almost everything over the phone before arriving. In the end Joe and Ken Gower put me in a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with a lower payment and no money down! Second Jeep from this dealer, they are always great!

Great car... Great Service
Found a car on the site... came to test drive... and came back a few days letter to buy. My consultant, Jay, was friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful. One issue was the time it took to get with the finance manager because they were so busy... teaches me NOT to come in on a Saturday during lunch time again. Otherwise... great experience,

Show me the car before asking my money!
They insisted that I should finish all the paperwork and sign up for the price I should pay even before I could look at the car. When I refused to sign on the final form, they showed me a door. No preparation for my reserved visit and I wasted 4.5 hours in the shop. And their coffee machine was disgustingly dirty.

A great experience
My sales representative was Michael Adelman, and he was fantastic. I am a bundle of nerves when it comes to making major decisions and large purchase, but Michael could not have made me more at ease. I was not being pushed, my questions were answered ( all one million of them) and I felt he wasn't just selling me a car, but he was helping me buy one. I love my Jeep Compass and I am thankful for all of Michael's help and expertise. We really found a winner. Thank you.
