I want to focus my review on Chris, his professionalism and the process. Customer service and ease within the sales process are paramount not only to making initial sales but also for repeat business. Chris clearly understands this fact. Further, Chris' demeanor, workmanship, and responsiveness to me and my wishes demonstrated to me that he is a true professional working his trade. Chris made sure he paid attention to every detail and when he did not know exactly how to do something, he made sure he found the right person to help. He demonstrated a real world, working concept of team and collaboration. This is my fourth car purchase at Heritage and by far Chris has been the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. I will come back to Heritage and Chris.

first of all i drove 2 hours to get there and was there only for 15 mins i guess the staff might of thought i ain"t have any money then didn't want to let me test drive the car it was an excused about everything drove to far for this i could of been told this over the phone also feel like the employees didn't even want to help me with the purchase of a car i didn't receive any compensation for the long ride and to only be there for 15 mins and no type of help i don't suggest anyone go there to buy.
