Great Job!
Joe Perry did a great job in showing me all the options on the different Grand Cherokees. We even test drove three. I thought I wanted an 8 cylinder, but the 6 had power and better gas mileage. Wasn't planning on buying for awhile, but they had my color! Great job guys!

They will pull offers back on you, watch out
I had to trek a fair bit across Beltway traffic to get here, and explained as much to the dealer. I worked out a deal that was close, but not low enough on the monthly payment for me to sign off without double checking our budget. I went home, talked things over with the wife and did the math, and called back to try and get the deal a few days later, only to be told the dealership had rescinded the offer since the sales period had ended Friday. It wasn't a question of a rebate expiring, but rather the dealership was no longer willing to sell the vehicle at cost. I told them I thought that was poor customer service and wound up buying a Journey elsewhere for the price they had offered. It appears this is one of those dealerships that is only useful on the last day of a month or something. Don't waste your time unless you live really close.

I am glad to finally get a car!!!
Rich Shinnick really came through for me and my husband. We had tried to get a car several days before but were turned away due to one of the cars being sold out from under us (at another dealership) and another car having too many miles on it (at another dealership). We should have gone to Heritage first and we wouldn't have encountered these buying headaches. Rich even placed a sold sign in the car so we could get our finances straight and come back and get the car. He was a pleasure to work with. We thank Heritage for everything they did!
