Organized, competent, helpful. Communicative. No They're in the muddle between customers who want plug-in-hybrids and Stellantis, who put our Jeep on the market before the engineering was solid.

Working with Dirk is always great.

Working with Dirk is always great. He is kind and patient, very helpful and knowledgeable. Dirk has our best interests in mind throughout the buying process and works hard on our behalf. We love working with him and will definitely be buying our next Jeep from him.

They did a good job but I should have had my tires

They did a good job but I should have had my tires rotated on my visit before this one and they should have reminded me of my 30,000 mile check when I had my oil change one week previously. I feel that the « heads up » has gotten sketchy and that I was taken advantage of as a woman. I had to buy 2 new tires because of their remission in telling me. The front ones became bald and it had to be my boyfriend who flagged it. Of course tire companies don’t like to sell 2 tires, so I didn’t get a discount for that. Overall, you need to be more helpful with what is needed before it becomes a problem.
