They did a good job but I should have had my tires
They did a good job but I should have had my tires rotated on my visit before this one and they should have reminded me of my 30,000 mile check when I had my oil change one week previously. I feel that the « heads up » has gotten sketchy and that I was taken advantage of as a woman. I had to buy 2 new tires because of their remission in telling me. The front ones became bald and it had to be my boyfriend who flagged it. Of course tire companies don’t like to sell 2 tires, so I didn’t get a discount for that. Overall, you need to be more helpful with what is needed before it becomes a problem.
