Warranty work on turbo coolant leaking

Very disappointed in the follow up and service from the service writer. Did not keep me well-informed. Had to call several times to get updates.

Not a great idea experience! Oh well

Normally good service with Truck washed. Unhappy Service Advisor that was not pleasant, picked up unwashed (not cleaned) truck. No estimate given initially and would have paid more for full synthetic. Chalk this up to one bad experience.

Great Service

Very prompt, direct, no hassle or “upselling”. Honest, helpful people. Appreciated turn around time. Flexible with our work schedules / coordinating logistics. Polite and pleasant to deal with.

If you ever stop by this dealership to loom at new or used cars I would highly recommend seeing Chuck. He's awesome! He went above and beyond to locate and pick up the car I wanted which was at the sister dealership. He will also make you feel appreciated and gives honest feedback on the vehicle you are interested in. A month after my transaction the dealership called and asked if i coukd come in and sign a new contract. I saw Chuck and he said he was going to fill my gas tank up for the inconvenience of having to drive there. Great guy and awesome customer service!
