Personable, professional, quick on time service.
I just moved to California, my car needed servicing. The gentleman couldn't have been more personable, very professional, kept be advised as to the time frame my vehicle would be ready as well as explained in detail just what my vehicle needed. I couldn't be more pleased as well as comfortable with this Infiniti dealership. I will continue to use them and of course hopefully when my lease is up purchase another vehicle from them. BTYW their location is just perfect.

We didn't plan on leasing a vehicle, but the folks at Tustin Infiniti were very professional and helpful. No pressure, and very patient. We got a great price for an even better car. Definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a luxury car.

It was very nice to have the ability to walk through all the cars in the lot and be able to understand the value for money of each of the offers. The agent was extremelly helpful and explain all the technical and financial details in an easy and practical way. The result was the purchase of a QX60 and a great experience!
