They deceptively conceal add on to my vehicle purchase without my consent. Perma plate and road advantage. Never heard of it. Never asked for it. I?m demanding a refund. Do not sign on digital format. Ask for a hard copy before you leave dealer. They gave me a copy the day after with add on charges I never consented to nor discussed.

Everyone treated me with so much kindness and care. I will from now on only purchase from Mercedes Benz.
