The team is extremely courteous, professional, thorough and values my time. I was greeted promptly and my needs were discussed quickly and was updated frequently about the status of my vehicle. I was offered a ride if I wanted and was even told that they would be happy to pick my car up for the service and deliver it when done. Great service department!

Anthony is amazing! I wish I could go into detail about my experience but you’d get bored reading it. In short I went in the 1st time to test drive several cars, went back a 2nd time to buy. The car I chose was one of the cheaper lines, upon walking in Anthony was like “you hated that car” to the point I didn’t even drive it off the lot. And told me he’d hate to see me in a car I really didn’t like, end of store I’m in a Seltos that I LOVE! He has called to check and check up after a mishap. Customer service is amazing!

Friendly staff. Quick service. Always offer a free car wash with your automotive services. I do miss the great customer service from JD in the automotive repairs department

Everyone at the dealership worked to find us the right car at the right price. They were patient with us as we hashed through details ourselves. No complaints here!!

BEWARE!!!!! KIA does not stand behind there limited warranty. We have a KIA Soul which needs a new engine due to KIA ENGINE ISSUES. KIA will not honor the warranty. We are stuck with a car that does not work. KIA of Abilene had the car for about 2 months before they told us about the engine issue. Think twice before you buy a KIA and do the research before you purchase a KIA this company has some major engine problems!

AC and the other staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. We went in to look at a vehicle not intending to purchase that day , and the staff stayed up at the dealership until almost midnight to help with every detail and to help us seal the deal ! Everyone from the sales manager to sales person to the finance and service manager were very nice and knowledgeable. Great experience!
