I took it back and they had the service department look at it and they also were able to completely fix my truck! I took my 2007 Accord in for service and was greeted by a friendly and professional service team. My vehicle was repaired in the allotted time frame and I was very happy with the results. I would recommend Gresham Ford Quick Lane to anybody looking for a trustworthy place for auto service. Did I mention that the price for tires was the best I found....nice!

I live in Beaverton and drive to Gresham cause I like this place that much! They are up front with everything from pricing to the actual repairs and the place is well run. They are also very quick and professional and the staff is just the best.

Gresham Ford normally provides great service on my vehicles and is normally oil changes and lubes. but on this 2015 ford escape with 24,000 miles and still under ford factory warranty was scheduled for appointment to see what the noise was coming out of the rear of the vehicle when driven. the vehicle set all day without being looked and and had to call service department a couple times to get a update on the findings. I was told( at the end of the day) that shocks have been a past issues with some of these Escapes and would just order a pair of shocks to replace. My issue with this is.............if the service department knew this from the start why did we have to leave the vehicle all day for nothing? getting picked up and dropped off morning and evening for something that could been handled much easier.
