Gresham Ford

This group is the BEST.....Really! Just got a replacement Explorer as my 2015 got totaled. My previous experience here was also excellent but this time was really tops. I talked to Van, told him what I wanted and how quick I needed it, and he found it and had it ready to go just as he said he would. The entire process there was very quick and easy. All staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional. And the vehicle is every bit as good as the last one; probably better. After hitting a large truck t-bone style at highway speed, I can truly appreciate the safety of an Explorer. And after taking it to Arizona last summer I also truly appreciate the comfort and power of the Ecoboost engine. I love this rig just as I did the last one, and I'm looking to keep this one for a long long time! Just please, careless drivers - stay out of my way!!!

We had a great experience dealing with Gresham Ford. They are truly a Dealer with a heart. We placed our order for a new Mustang in July. We were kept advised on the status of our order in a timely fashion.

I took my son's truck there and had an amazing experience in the service department. It was during the Thanksgiving Holiday and they called when they said they would and had it done before I expected. They explained what was wrong and fixed the truck. I cannot thank them enough. Even though we live far away I will always make the drive to have my truck or my son's serviced at this dealership!

Due to circumstances beyond our control we needed to buy a truck in a hurry and Gresham Ford came through for us. They knew were over a barrel but gave us a good deal while accommodating our needs. Van Austin was great and i have no hesitation in recommending him and Gresham Ford.
