West Hills Honda Service Department consistently delivers

West Hills Honda Service Department consistently delivers excellent service. Brandon did a great job keeping me informed on the progress of the work. I also appreciate tge dedicated wifi work area. This allows me to complete my work while waiting for my car to be a serviced.

Arrived for an appointment and was assisted by Wendy, who got me all checked in and kept track of my vehicle during maintenance. Overall experience was no hassle and was out just in time!

Brandon Hensley did a great job helping us with our oil

Brandon Hensley did a great job helping us with our oil change and other work that needed to done to our 2007 CRV. We are looking forward to working with him in the future. He is very helpful and took great care of us!

Brandon Reid was on his first day of work.

Brandon Reid was on his first day of work. Since I was a public school teacher and trained many student teachers I was fine with his need to receive instruction. I had a question that involved researching my car’s over twenty years of service. It made my visit for service longer than expected, but I was happy to participate. He has a pleasant personality and I wish him good luck in this new career .

I was greeted by Wendy when I parked at the service

I was greeted by Wendy when I parked at the service center. She made checking in a breeze. I came for a recall check and was told it may take up to 2 hours. I waited in store, and was given a voucher to their cafe, and was offered water as I was waiting. When all was done, I got a message and went back to Wendy for checkout. She was very courteous! Thank you :)

Meagan was very friendly, knowledge and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. She kept me informed as to the progress and processed my receipt and walked me to my car while telling me about the free car wash at Klean Freak! I would ask for her again!
