The used car experience my husband and I had with Dale Morrone at Infiniti of Naperville was nothing short of a great experience. We had a minor problem with the car shortly after leaving the dealership, and Dale stepped up over a weekend and assured us that everything would be handled and with the help of Mike Swanson and the service department things couldn't have gone anymore smoothly. We were very well informed about the leasing option, after I asked specific questions. Nice, fast transaction. Introduced me to the car and set up the Bluetooth and even gave me a birthday souvenir!

My husband and I spent our Friday and Saturday shopping around at different dealerships. It was the usual headache and dishonesty that you would expect from the typical car salesman. After two days wasted we came up empty handed. We decided to give Infiniti of Naperville a try on Monday afternoon. Wow! After the first few minutes in the building we could tell this would be an experience like no other. Our salesman Adam (who does not work on commission) was not the typical car salesman. He was absolutely fantastic! In fact I could go on and say he was by far the best car salesman that we have ever done business with. He took his time and explained the Qx60 in detail. He also was very patient with my questions. During the test drive Adam drove the vehicle for the first half. He was able to showcase what the car can do. It was very impressive. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality car and an amazing customer experience.

We had the best tests drive ever. Adam had us get into the car but he was in the drivers seat. He explained the details of the car and all the features before we even drive. It was a great experience! I didn't have to multitask by listening while I was driving. I had a chance to watch him and learn without distraction. The test drive was longer then at other dealers because we were learning the attributes and feel of the car. Adam took the time to make sure that the car fit us and that we fit the car. Also there was never any pressure. He explained all the details and gave us his information. When we decided to purchase our Infiniti Adam helped us through the process. We even threw him a curve ball by changing the style we wanted at the last minute. I've purchased many cars over the years and this was the easiest and quickest process I have experienced.
