Traded in my Infiniti

My experience at Infiniti of Naperville was positive and successful. They had a large stock of certified G37s and I ended up with a fairly rare sport version that I like. My trade in was an older g35x and I got a decent value for it. The signing process was fairly painless and the vehicle was prepped for me in a timely fashion. Altogether a good experience.

Great Experience!!!

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own, and I had a great experience! Sean Pelkey was excellent at answering any questions I had, and really made the whole process as quick and easy as possible. Joe Limjuco was also very helpful and made finishing up the financial details quick and easy as well. Even the reception desk employees were very welcoming and accommodating. Great experience with Adam

Adam took the time to show us the features and capabilities of the certified infinity that we purchased. He was low pressure and he knew all the details of the automobile we ended up purchasing. It was the little details that made the transaction smooth, for instance, Adam remembered that we wanted All wheel drive when we started asking about another vehicle in stock.
