Pleasurable experience

Recently I visited Infiniti of Naperville and purchase one of their FX35 certified pre-owed vehicles. Prior to visiting the car dealer I had chatted online with Christian Lynch on what car I was interested in. I confirm my appointment and Christian made sure the car I was interested in was available and ready for my viewing. Once I arrived I met salesperson Adam Murczek he greeted me with a warm smile and firm hand shake. Adam carefully and patiently explained the basic and unique features of the FX35 model before taking a test drive. I felted calm and relaxed talking with Adam, not only for his approach but also because he said he wanted me to be total pleased with my purchase. Adam would later explain the additional perks of the car dealer and stated he would be available for addition questions in the future. Adam, Joe Limjuco and Dallas Carlson of the Infiniti of Naperville team made my car buying the most relaxing and non-pressure car buying experience I’ve ever had. Terrific experiencs

I recently purchased a Qx60 & my sales person was Mark Schoeberlein. He was very helpful, professional, & easy to work through the process with. I'd definitely recommend Infiniti of Naperville & appreciate all the staff. We love our new car!

Great salesperson

Working with Dale Morrone was a pleasure. He was friendly, knowledgable and professional. He never pressured us. During our first trip to the dealership we told Dale we were just looking. He still answered all our questions and didn't try to rush us to get to someone ready to buy. We appreciated that - when we were ready we went back to work with Dale.

Good experience

Great service, friendly staff. The car was reasonably priced, and was certified. We looked at many infiniti dealerships and this was the best deal. Overall a really good experience.

Very pleasant and friendly

My wife and I recently purchased our second Infiniti from Infiniti of Naperville Our salesmen Dale Morrone was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Where he went over and beyond, was coming out to our house to coordinate the garage door with the remote on the car.The garage door was the problem and weather conditions were not the best. Thank You Dale.

Great expirience.

Cedric and Mark were very helpful with my purchase. Pleasant expirience buying my Infiniti M37x. Financing with Ray was a breeze as well. Would recommend!

The Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!

My fiancé and I had the privilege of having Adam Murczek as our sales agent. Prior, me and my family went to three other dealerships which happen to be the Mercedes dealership, Audi dealership, and the Jeep dealer ship. We had such a horrible experience at all three dealerships because it took over twenty minutes for someone to even greet us based upon our appearance of being young. The sales agents were so uninterested in helping that I was left at his desk while he took another family on a test drive. None of the salesman actually took time out to educate us on the vehicle of interest, offer a test drive, or offer any type of beverage while we waited. I decided to bring my family to the Infiniti dealership as where immediately being greeted by Adam. Adam didn't pre-judge us and gave my family top notch service as if we were royalty. Adam asked many questions to inquire what type of vehicle we are interested in and what our budget would be. This guy was so knowledgeable concerning the vehicles of interest, the history behind infinity, and why Infinity is the best. Adam made us feel like we were family which made the entire vehicle purchase process to be very comfortable. My fiancé and I decided to buy the2013 Infiniti QX56 cash. I decided to wait until the end of the deal to let Adam know because I was afraid to be treated how the other sales agent from the other locations treated me. I honestly wanted to see if we would be treated equally, and to my surprise from my initial introduction to Adam through the end of the sale, Adam over exceeded my expectations. Adam is officially a part of our family now and we plan on purchasing two more vehicles from him within the next few months. We are totally grateful to you and your company. As a matter of fact, I hope Infiniti gives you a promotion because u more than deserve it. We will see you very soon Adam, we bought you a Christmas present as well because that's what family is about --Tristan & Valencia--

We've found a great pleasure working with Micah an Sean on a purchase of our latest car. We were able to come to terms with Micah before we even arrived at the dealership to test drive the vehicle.
