Exceptional car buying experience

We were in the market for a 7 seater SUV and after looking around and test driving at multiple dealerships , I became familiar with their modus operandi and was bombarded constantly with their phone calls and pressure tactics . Sean on the other hand was straightforward and showed professional courtesy by answering my emails promptly and did not push me with such tactics. We were very specific about what we wanted regarding the color , the interiors and the package options . Infiniti of Naperville did not have the QX60 with our specific options in stock at that time but Sean was able to find one and bring it to the dealership within 2 weeks for a test drive. Sean offered us a great price and we were ready to do the paper works. He made our SUV buying less stressful and a very comfortable experience. I would highly recommend Infiniti of Naperville and Sean Pelkey .

What an amazing buying experience

What more can I say about the team at Ifiniti of Naperville especially Cedric Arrington. He marks the meaning of what a professional and dedicated salesman with knowledge is about. He made my buying experience with Infiniti absolutely amazing!!!!! Being only partial to Acuras my whole life with not bending, he not only introduced me to something that I now enjoy more than anything, he gave me a pleasurable experience and gained a new customer for life.

They made it so easy!

I first contacted them online and Christian responded immediately. We set at time to look at the car I was interested in and we drove away away in it later that afternoon! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We will go back next time we are car shopping!

Awesome Experience!!!

Normally, I dread going shopping for a car, but this experience blew away my expectations! Edie was so committed to making sure my wife and I were happy throughout the entire process. She was so knowledgable about the car and patient with our questions, she made absolutely sure we learned about all of the car's great features. She really took great care of us. Then Ray, in finance, took his time in explaining everything we were getting and signing for. We will definitely buy our next vehicle from here.

Great buying experience

Excellent Experience

This is the second leased vehicle that I dealt with the team at Infiniti of Naperville. Customer service has been superior and I felt the entire process went smoothly. I would encourage shoppers to seriously consider Infiniti vehicles and specifically this dealership. Other dealer during this car buying experience would telephone, email, and even send me texts - whereas the sales staff understood that I was going to shop all vehicles, give my spouse time to evaluate what she wanted, and didn't pressure us with "closing the deal".
