Good deal for me.

Adam was very helpful and kind. He took me on the road and show me the car in details. Almost every time I called, he was there and able to answer my questions. He gave me some good advices when I was looking for a CPO car. I intent to write this review 3 months after I brought my infiniti because I don't wanna give my words without experience it. But now, I can give you my words that the CPO car here was really amazing! I was on a 1,300 miles road-trip and I don't even need to worry about it might break down. Although they made some mistake that the title department forgot to gave me title, but still a good experience here. I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

Honest Deal with Little Games

I purchased an CPO vehicle and was very pleased with the overall experience. The two salesmen i dealt with were very professional and offered a fair deal without the usual games. I would not hesitate to make a purchase here again in the future.

Excellent experience!

As we all know everyone in Sales can be nice when they are trying to make a sale, but the experience with Adam Murczek is different. He took another step and educated me and my wife about the cars that we looked at. He did not make us feel rushed or pushed on making a purchase and he answered all of our inquiries and assisted us through the whole process. All in all, the experience is EXCELLENT! The guy in Delivery/Accessory, Dallas Carlson, is another awesome person in this place!

Great experience

My wife and I did some browsing online and came to Infiniti of Naperville because they had the largest selection of certified preowned jx35's of any place in the Chicago area. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and most importantly patient with our questions. We would recommend them to anyone shopping for an Infiniti.

great service resolving a warranty issue

I had an issue with the clear bra that I put on thru the dealership. I noticed, what appeared to me was the clear bra peeling and right away i was in communication with Mike Swanson (delivery specialist). he had me take some pic which was sent to their clear bra rep, Sara. He said based on the pics it would be covered at no cost. I brought it in today and the clear bra tech said they wouldn't cover it because I had to of hit something. I spoke with Joe Limjuco (finance mgr) and explained the situation. he made a call and he resolved the issue. Joe and Mike were awesome on resolving this issue in not time. that's the service you'll expect from Infiniti of Naperville.

Phenomenal

Automobile education was priority #1! Then came the Sale.

Fantastic experience A+! Adam's priority was educating me on the car first, thoroughly addressing ALL of my needs and wants. In addition, Renato's was the best Management level I've ever dealt with.
