After watching the Naperville web site for a month or so and doing price comparisons, I liked what I saw and visited the store. I liked the store philosophy of business - informational, professional, not pushy. Randy was very helpful to introduce me to how the maintenance program works - that includes free wash and oil changes. Several fluids are only changed when needed - because everyone drives so differently. The store is obviously a volume dealer. If something does not sell quickly, the price is reduced. Because I was in-between the one at the store and a private purchase, the 2 week delay worked out well for me. Four weeks later and 4k miles brought me in for a wash and oil change. Then a sweet surprise, they found something that was questionable, so they changed it on the spot without charge. Quite impressed with their honesty and proactive approach to the car. Not the same kind of treatment I experienced with the dealer down the street.

A Very Positive Experience
I bought a vehicle out-of-state with Adam Murczek at Infiniti of Naperville and he did everything in his power to make the experience informative, pleasant, quick, and professional. When I first called 5 days prior to closing the deal, there was no B.S. or messing around about the pricing, condition, etc. Our daily communication from when I first called about the vehicle to the days after ownership was unparalleled compared to other dealership experiences I have had in the past. The vehicle was clean and ran exceptionally well, and all minor defects were pointed out to me by Adam prior to closing the deal. After I drove my purchase 500 miles home, he called to make sure I had made it back ok! Joe Limjuco was also a pleasure working with, and he had made the paperwork part enjoyable as opposed to mundane and drawn out.

After starting the purchase process at another infinity dealership and realizing something was wrong with my deal I wasa lucky enough to meet Dale which shared there dealerships philosophy. Which was not to play number games but to focus on being fair and selling quantity. I would like to say they made a miserable experience turn positive.

Simply amazing!
Early this month I stumbled upon a Beautiful 2010 Mercedes E350 with everything I desired and pricing that was out of this world. I contacted the dealership and after that everything was practically on autopilot. I bought my car sight unseen but felt more confident with this purchase than any other. If available ask for Adam Mirczek, this guy will work his tail off getting your car to you as soon as possible. Adam was easy to talk to, always available. He provided good detail on when I should expect paperwork/ car deliver good communication throughout the whole process. I will definitely look into this dealership again for future purchases.
