Great experience i have ever had...
I bought a used infiniti fx 35,2006, and worked with Dale M. who is very nice/helpful to us. This car is exactly what I wanted,.he helped a lot to make this purchase happened.It was a really great experience, I 100% satisfied with this purchase, and this is the only dealer that I would like to re-visit for my future purchases... Scott was awesome
Had a great experience working with Scott to find a CPO Infiniti G37x. After a few months of emails back and forth describing what I was looking for Scott was able to zero in on a couple of options. Once I was able to make the 3 hour drive to take a look at the vehicles in person, Scott impressed me even more. He was nice, down to earth, and honest which is hard to find in a car salesmen. He just comes across as one of those guys you would love to have a cold one with. I wouldn't hesitate to send business his way in the future.

My son found an Infiniti G25X online that I might be interested in at a dealership in a northern suburb. I made an appointment and went to see the car. I liked the car and made another appointment to show it to my son,who would be home from college in a few days, and planed to buy it. During that time my son found another of the same make at your dealership higher priced and more miles. The day of the appointment to see the other car up north we stopped at your dealership and wanted to see the car you had online. Bill Haines was the sales person that greeted us. Instantly he made us feel relaxed and welcomed as he and my son talked about how easy it was to locate the vin # online, as my son had his iPad with him. Bill did his best to locate the car,unfortunately it was not available to see because it was still being detailed. This was late in the week and Bill invited us back on Monday/Tuesday to see the car. Bill asked my son where he had graduated and what his major had been. My son said finance and that he had been hired by a firm in the city. Bill put his hand on my sons shoulder and said how proud he was of my son and said "God Bless You Son". As we walked back to my son's car to go north to see the other car I said to my son "That's the man I'm going to buy my car from". My son said how could I say that because I hadn't seen the car yet. I said I liked the way we were treated and his interaction with my son and that he had blessed him...which meant the world to me as a mother! I bought the car on May 13th from your dealership and Bill Haines!!!! I love my new car and the service I received from Bill,throughout out the purchasing transaction, to the few miner cosmetic details to the car that Bill went out of his way to do to make me a VERY happy customer!!! Thank You Bill and Naperville Infiniti A Wonderful Salesperson and Dealership that I will highly recommend!!!!!

Used Car from Infiniti of Naperville
My dad and I came to Infiniti of Naperville to buy a used car we saw on their website. It was a Red 2003 Infiniti G35 for a great price and with good mileage. When we arrived at the dealership we found the car quickly and were helped by an employee named Joe. From the beginning he was extremely friendly and helpful and told us everything we needed to know about the car. All of the information on the website was accurate and up to date. We were given the keys and took the car on a test drive, and it drove perfectly. We returned to the dealership and began to talk to Joe about purchasing the car. He showed us the Carfax and gave us a great deal on the already affordable car. He told us that it hadn't yet gone through Infiniti's detailed inspection and agreed to put it through the inspection and have it detailed and ready for us to pick up just 3 days later. The whole process was quick and easy and I would recommend Infiniti of Naperville to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Professional Service
Excellent service center, professional staff. I have always been treated with respect, appreciation, and courtesy. The dealership goes out of its way to make a visit pleasant and everyone seems to be knowledgeable and accommodating. Salesman Steve Johnson is a great representative who has sold me two cars and the Infiniti product is the best!!
