Overall Good Experience
When my husband, son and I first arrived at the dealership around 7pm, we got out of our car and walked over to look at a particular vehicle on the lot. We were out there about 6-7 minutes before walking into the dealership. There was no receptionist at the desk at the time so we proceeded into the dealership and began looking at a vehicle we were interested in. We were looking at the vehicle for approximately 5-8 minutes and found it odd and unwelcoming that no one came over to us to greet us and ask if we needed any help. We could see employees at their desks, some of them with no one else in the office with them, but yet no one came over and greeted us. We finally had to ask someone who walked past us, still not greeting us, if we could get a salesperson. That person apologized and said he would get someone for us and went and got Bob Kozar. From that point on, we had a good experience with Bob. He was pleasant, informative, and stayed well past his time to leave to work with us on our potential vehicle purchase. We also worked with Joe Limjuco on the finances and had a great experience with him as well. In the end, we are pleased with our experience purchasing a used Infiniti QX56 and would recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Friendly, helpful service
This was by far the most enjoyable experience I had buying a car. Dale M. was fantastic. I must have test driven 4 or 5 cars to find the perfect one for me. Dale was patient and very useful in helping me come to a decision. He was very accommodating when it came to options. He found a car that was almost exactly what I wanted and was able to swap out the wheels for other ones that I wanted. Ryan I. showed me how everything in the car worked. He set up my phone to integrate to the car. After leaving the dealership, I was comfortable that I knew just about everything I needed to. He also gave me little tips and tricks about the car that weren't in the manual. All in all, it was a great experience and I never once felt pressured or that I was wasting anyone's time. They truly treat you well there and are extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

Great Experience
Bob Kozar is great to work with. He is knowledgeable and even keel when giving advice. He was honest with his thoughts on the car and was a great sales consultant to have for buying my first car ever. Great guy, great store. Recommend Bob for everyone.

We purchased a G37x and the overall experiance was great, Steve johnson was our salesman, he was very personable and knowledgable, Ryan Indelicato did a great job explaining the accesories, the navigation, and setting up blue tooth for my wifes phone, a beautiful and sparkling clean dealership.

Sean is the MAN!
From the time that we walked in the door we were greeted with open arms by Sean Pelkey. As a young 30's couple we were extremely happy with the way Sean was open and honest with us, making this a car buying experience like no other. Relaxed and Friendly
Working with Ernie and Ray was a very relaxed atmosphere, willing to fairly negotiate without the run around. Even had the manager stop by and thank us for our business. We bought a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid that was recently traded in and required a full detail, while this was done Ernie offered a beautiful loaner for my wife and I to use to go get an early dinner. When we came back the car looked fantastic.Overall the experience was the way I think we all would like to feel.. like our business is appreciated. Well Done Infiniti of Naperville.

LOVING MY NEW VEHICLE!!!!!
I must say that this car buying experience was second to none. From the moment I walked into the dealership all the way until I drove away in my brand new Infiniti Q50, I was very please. Steve Johnson is an awesome sales consultant. He was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. He was very patient and made an extra effort to ensure that I purchased a vehicle that not only was cost effective to me, but was something that I would be proud to drive away in. Most salesmen are just looking for a quick sale, in my opinion. However, Steve took me around the showroom and even for a test drive. He was extremely helpful and made my car buying experience easier than I imagined it could be. Im glad that I came to Naperville for my vehicle. Even though I reside in Chicago, this is where I will bring my car for routine maintenance and service. Joseph Limjuco was also a smiling face that I remember. He made sure that I understood all the "paperwork aspect" of this buying process. He made sure that I dotted all I's and crossed all T's so that I would be completely satisfied with my purchase. A nice firm handshake sealed the deal for me.
