1st Q50 From The Best Team I am in the business and wish this TEAM worked with me. Tony S made this online lease the easiest ever. Tony came in early on his late start to make sure Scott R was personally introduced to me and after the introduction my experience was over the top. I never told them I was in the business till after the sale was complete. Steve Camp took time out of his very very busy day to thank me. then I sat with the delivery coordinator Ryan I. He spent so much time with me answered everything I asked and more. Then Steve Camp one more time came over to make sure everything was great and it was GREAT. The follow up from Scott R has been perfect I really feel like some one special, Thank you Scott. I hope this makes anyone interested in an Infiniti have NO CHOICE but to go see this TEAM, And BUY from Naperville Infiniti.

Fantastic Dealership!
This is the second new vehicle I have leased here and these guys, top to bottom, are fantastic. They know service and make me feel like they are happy to have me there every time. Swapping from one lease to the next was a breeze and they were informative and helpful in a very no pressure way. Plus the car is great.

Funniest car deal ever!
After looking for a good reliable car for my daughter for a few weeks, seeing the disappointment in her eyes dealer after dealer because we could not come to terms or the car was not up to our standards we found Infiniti of Naperville. I have purchased a lot of car so I do my reserch and know how to buy. We were at another dealer making a deal on a car almost to point of signing the paperwork I realized the car was not all wheel drive which was a deal breaker for us. It was now 5 minutes to 9 pm. ( dealers close at 9) We left that dealer and pulled into Infiniti at 1 minute to 9pm. I asked if we could come in and at least appraise her trade in and we could try to make a deal the next day. This dealer was GREAT. They appraised the car as we looked at the Nissan Rouge. Adam said he would contact us tomorrow with the details. My daughter again disappointed asked if we could do it tonight. Adam Arliiskas said yes and we had a deal at 9:10. They washed the car as I did the paperwork with Joseph Limjuco ( another Great guy). Making long story short we left the dealer at 9:36 A deal done in 37 minutes out the door. We were all laughing thru the deal. I got my price, my daughter got an unbelievably good car and the dealer made a sale. But, I believe we made friends for life and found a dealer I will defiantly go back to. Adam called me the next day and thanked me again. He wanted to check in to make sure everything was up to our standards.

Quick and Easy
Sean Pelkey did a great job on the recent lease of my Infiniti G37x. My previous lease was coming to a close and Sean made the process simple by rolling the previous lease into the new one. Most of the paperwork had been completed ahead of time, so there was minimal time sitting and waiting in the showroom. He made the whole process very easy. I would definitely recommend Sean. Great Times at Infiniti of Naperville
I live in WV and started with an online quote with Micah and after one day started working with Sean Pelkey. We went back and forth and after almost a week we worked out all of the details and set a date for me to come to Naperville to pick up my car. I told Sean I would be there promptly at 9AM and upon arrival, he was there waiting for me. During the process of purchasing my G37, Sean made my wife and I feel like friends. He was very relaxed and quite funny and not your usual uptight salesman. We spent more time in the dealership than we planned on but I didn't mind at all because I enjoyed talking with Sean that much. I left Infiniti of Naperville with my gently used G37 sedan and a new friend in Sean Pelkey. I will definitely do business with him again in 2 years when this new 2014 Q50 Hybrid Sport I saw comes back in off of lease. Man it was sweet! Hold it for me Sean!

I did not have time for the whole song and dance so Dale did exactly as I asked. I wanted some general pricing and what cars were in stock. He followed up with an email with pricing and Photos of everything in stock. When I purchased the car Ryan was very knowledgeable and informative.

Outstanding Overall Experience
I called the dealership requesting to see two cars. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and immediately introduced to Bill Haines. Both cars were ready and Bill did a wonderful job explaining the ins and outs of the car, the dealership and what to expect from the "Infiniti Experience." He was 100% right on. The overall experience from start to finish was fantastic. With Bill, I felt I was working with a friend rather than a salesperson. He was patient, answered all of my questions and great with my son throughout the process. The finance department went to bat for me and got me the interest rate I was hoping for. The end result is that I left the dealership with the exact car I was looking for. I can't say enough how wonderful Bill was to work with and I hope many others get the same experience from Bill and the dealership that I did. Thanks!
